Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains how Cheryfashion processes and delivers orders. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may be slightly longer during sales, holidays, or unforeseen events. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Time
Standard delivery is 3–5 business days from dispatch within the continental delivery area. International or remote-area deliveries may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; carriers occasionally experience delays beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Most products on the site qualify for free standard shipping. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided by email. You can also use our Track Order page to check the status.
5. Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@cheryfashion.com and we will do our best to update the shipment before it leaves the warehouse.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a shipment is returned to us because of a wrong address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we may charge a re-shipping fee or, if you prefer, refund the order minus the original outbound shipping costs.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date or actual delivery, with photos when applicable. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
