Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Cheryfashion. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can return a product and request a refund.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging;
- Free from damage that was not present at the time of delivery;
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
For hygiene reasons, intimates, swimwear and pierced jewellery cannot be returned once the seal or hygiene sticker has been removed.
3. How to Request a Return
Email us at support@cheryfashion.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the product if it arrived damaged. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
4. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged on arrival), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they have been dispatched. Once dispatched, the standard return process applies.
